What is FormTags?
A request and property management system for real estate companies: a branded request form for your clients, a dashboard for your team, property share links and performance reporting.
Do we need to install anything?
No. FormTags runs in the browser on any computer or phone. Your team logs in at app.formtags.com.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes. The dashboard, your request form and your property pages all work in Arabic and English, right to left included.
Can the form match how our company works?
Yes. We set up the form’s fields and steps with you, so it asks exactly what your office needs.
Can our team add requests that come by phone or walk-in?
Yes. Your team logs them in the dashboard with the same steps as the public form, including properties your company owns.
Team and data
Who can see our requests and clients?
Only people in your company, and each person only sees what their role allows. Other companies on FormTags can never see your data.
What happens when an employee leaves?
You disable their account. Their requests, notes and clients stay in your company, ready to hand to someone else.
Can we export our data?
Yes. Requests and properties can be exported to CSV, which opens in Excel, at any time.
Getting started
How long does setup take?
Usually a day. We set up your company, logo, colour and form, and add your team.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. We set up a trial with your branding so your team can try it on real requests first.
How do we pay?
