The service
FormTags provides software for real estate companies to collect and manage client requests and properties. Access is provided on a subscription basis.
Accounts
Customers are responsible for the users they add, the permissions they grant and keeping passwords confidential.
Customer data
Customers own the data they put into FormTags. We process it only to provide the service and do not sell it.
Acceptable use
Do not use FormTags to send spam, to collect data unlawfully or to interfere with the service.
Subscriptions and payment
Plans are billed in advance for the agreed period. Details are set out in each customer’s order or invoice.
Availability
We work to keep FormTags available and secure, and will notify customers in advance of planned maintenance where possible.
