Who we are

FormTags provides request and property management software to real estate companies. In this policy, “we” means FormTags and “customer” means a company that uses FormTags.

Data we process for our customers

When a client fills in a customer’s request form, the details they enter (such as name, phone number and what they’re looking for) are stored on behalf of that customer. The customer decides how this data is used; we process it only to provide the service.

Data about our customers’ teams

We store account details for each user (name, username, role, contact details) to provide login, permissions and activity history.

Website visitors

This website does not use advertising trackers. Our servers keep standard technical logs for security and reliability.

How we protect data

• Each company’s data is separated at the database level.
• All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS.
• Passwords are stored as one-way hashes.

Your rights

Clients who submitted a request can ask the company they contacted to access, correct or delete their data. You can also contact us at hello@formtags.com.
